We have had SO much fun in only 4 weeks of forest school! Year 1 and 2 have explored the forest school area through scavenger hunts and we have covered colours and shapes, mindfulness activities to support hello yellow, birds (we were even successful at getting worms to come out of the ground by pretending to be rain!) and a soggy campfire session but we still managed a tasty campfire treat of cinnamon sugar apples! 

This half term we will be exploring shapes, mud, Diwali, first aid, knot tying and shelter building, safe tool use and of course Christmas and another campfire session!

At after school club we have had some fantastic site development and using the new loose parts that have been added. We have made obstacle courses, bird feeders and played lots of games! We have a few spaces left at the club for this half term which is now open to all Year 1 – 6 children! email Admin for a discount code.
