The Hope of Change.....
We are all trying to make the most of the strange situation we have found ourselves in.
Most of our leaders have still been going in to schools for lockdown three. Supporting our schools does feel amazing as we know that we are doing our little bit each week to get children outside; having fun, getting messy and escaping from possible anxieties.
Our home learning packs have once again proved invaluable for homeschoolers with fantastic feedback flooding in.
The weather has not been amazing, with many super soggy sessions and over the last couple of weeks incredibly icy days. However we have created fabulous mud creations and gorgeous ice paintings as a result- there are ALWAYS possibilities to be explored!
There has been an emphasis on mindfulness with each session; giving us all some time to reflect, and concentrate on some mindful moments.
With very small signs of Spring squeezing through the icy soil and catkins adding decoration to the winter branches, we are feeling hopeful and very much looking forward to getting back to school with all the children for forest school.
